Our Story
Ethan and Katie — a husband and wife team — began Gratia Coffee Co. with a simple desire: to serve excellent coffee with extraordinary care.
Rooted in the meaning of our name — gratia, Latin for "grace" — our coffee shop exists to bring deep relational warmth, connection, and hospitality to our pocket of St. Vital. What started as a dream to combine craftsmanship, community, and a deep love for God and neighbor began as a coffee cart, chasing that mission wherever we could set up — weddings, Baby Showers, markets, & pop-ups.
Now it has a home: a storefront in in the heart of St Vital, Winnipeg. Same mission, same care in every cup — just a door you can walk through. Whether it's your first visit or your hundredth, we're here to remind people that they are seen, welcomed, and loved.
