Our Story
Ethan and Katie — a husband and wife team, began Gratia Coffee Co. with a simple desire: to serve excellent coffee with extraordinary care.
Rooted in the meaning of our name—gratia, Latin for “grace”—our mobile café exists to create moments of deep relational warmth, connection, and hospitality, wherever we go. What started as a dream to combine craftsmanship, community, and a deep love for God and neighbor is now a coffee cart on a mission. Whether we’re at a wedding, a market, or a pop-up downtown, we’re here to remind people that they are seen, welcomed, and loved.
