Our Story
Gratia Coffee Co. began with a simple desire: to serve excellent coffee with extraordinary care. Rooted in the meaning of our name—gratia, Latin for “grace”—our mobile café exists to create moments of warmth, connection, and hospitality, wherever we go. What started as a dream to combine craftsmanship, community, and a deep love for God and neighbor is now a coffee cart on a mission. Whether we’re at a wedding, a market, or a pop-up downtown, we’re here to remind people that they are seen, welcomed, and loved.
