  • All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an invoice via email with a secure payment link.

  • Full payment is required prior to your event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, unless we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If we must cancel (e.g., due to weather, equipment failure, or emergency), you will receive a full refund.

3. Use of Services

By booking Gratia Coffee Co., you agree to:

  • Provide a safe, accessible space for setup and service

  • Allow reasonable access to power and water if required (we’ll specify in advance if needed)

  • Ensure any applicable permits (for private or public events) are obtained if required
