Refund Policy

At Gratia Coffee Co., we do our best to deliver an excellent experience at every event. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines how refunds are handled.
1. Event Bookings

Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled event will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
2. Pop-Ups & Markets
Refunds for drinks or merchandise purchased at pop-ups or markets are not available unless:

There is a confirmed quality issue or error in your order (e.g., wrong drink made, defective item).

In such cases, we’ll offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
3. Gratia-Initiated Cancellations
If we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure, illness), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
